Statement of Faith

  • We believe that Adonai (L-rd) is Elohim (G-d). He is echad ( a compound unity). He is the Creator of Heaven and Earth. He has manifested and revealed Himself to mankind through His Word consisting of:
    • a) The Torah (Teaching/Instruction/Law), Nevi’im (The Prophets), Ketuvim (The Writings).
    • b) The B’rit Chadashah (The New Covenant or New Testament).
    • c) The writings of Oral Tradition, such as the Talmud, the Mishnah, and the Midrash Rabbah, which contain further insight into the character of G-d and His dealings with His people.
  • We believe in Yeshua as the Messiah, Son of G-d and Son of Man. He is the Word of G-d manifested in the flesh. We believe in His miraculous conception and birth, His sinless (Torah observant) life, His miracles, His substitutionary death and triumphant resurrection.
  • We believe that man’s need for salvation from the guilt and power of sin can only be satisfied through the shedding of Messiah’s Blood. One’s trust in the atoning of His blood can effect a new birth within the spirit of man resulting in personal salvation for Jew and non-Jew alike.

After this new birth, a believer should be immersed in the waters of mikveh and be immersed in Ruach HaKodesh (The Holy Spirit). Believers should live a life of holiness, evidenced by obedience to the Torah (teaching and instruction of G-d’s commandments) and to the B’rit Chadashah ( New Covenant/Testament) which make us a distinct people in the earth.

  • We believe in the present-day workings of Ruach HaKodesh (The Holy Spirit), both in salvation and sanctification, and His inward workings of immersion, empowering and anointing. We believe that all of His gifts should be actively manifested among His people, evidenced by good fruit.
  • We believe in the present day ministry of Yeshua continuing through all believers, and that He has established apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds and teachers to teach and train believers to fulfill their giftings and callings.
  • We believe that through faith in Yeshua the Messiah, non-Jews are grafted into the Olive Tree of Israel and become full partakers of the Commonwealth of Israel, and as such should at all times seek the welfare of the Jewish people and the state of Israel. (Romans 11: 16-24), (Ephesians 2: 11-13).
  • We believe that Adonai (L-rd) has divinely ordained and established His Sabbath (Saturday) and the seven mo’edim ( Passover, Unleavened Bread, Firstfruits, Shavuot, Rosh HaShanah, Yom Kippur and Sukkot) as a sign of His promise to His covenant people. We believe that Yeshua is to be celebrated within these festivals, as G-d has established them to foreshadow His workings in Yeshua’s first and second comings.
  • We believe that G-d’s covenant with Israel is eternal, including Israel’s right to the Land promised to Avraham, Yitzhak and Ya’akov (Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob). We believe that soon, all of Israel will be saved by direct intervention of G-d in revealing His Son, Yeshua, to Israel and that the glory of the Kingdom will be restored to Israel.
  • We believe that Yeshua reigns in this present age in His spiritual kingdom by the workings of Ruach HaKodesh (The Holy Spirit), and that He will return again to the earth to establish His literal kingdom in Jerusalem.
  • We believe that all men and women are created equal in the kingdom of G-d. His kingdom being one of perfection and restoration. Therefore, we believe that both men and women can hold any position at the choosing of the L-rd.
